It is my belief that change is a meaningful and holistic event in the human experience. Through therapeutic alliance and connection, a person can develop skills and competencies that promote higher levels of functioning and well-being. It is this partnership that can bring a sense of awareness and give us courage to face challenges and difficulties that we encounter within our daily lives.

My focus is developing this trusting bond to explore the past and its impact on the individual and provide supportive therapy to achieve symptom management and desired outcomes. Services would help individuals/families who are dealing with challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, family stressors/conflict and interpersonal/relational concerns.

I am trained in trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, play/sand therapy, violence prevention and family of origin work. I serve individuals, youth and families to reach desired goals, management of symptoms and develop competencies that will support them within their relationships and promote healing from any adverse experiences.

The path to wellness is sacred. I feel it is a privilege to help people on their journey to whole-hearted living. I employ holistic modalities, such as Reiki, mindfulness, meditation, connecting with your spirit for guidance and exploring different aspects of wellness, to help people achieve their goals and live joyous lives.

I have worked as a social worker for the past 11 years in Oswego County, serving children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of human service and clinical settings. In 2016, I began my training in Usui Holy Fire II Reiki and am now a Reiki Master and Teacher. I offer individualized counseling services, Reiki sessions, Reiki classes, wellness groups and workshops. I am a member of the CNY Reiki Association, as well as the International Center for Reiki Training.
